About Preorders

PRE-ORDERS

Our business model revolves around the desire for everyone that wants to purchase our items to be able to. We make clothes based off of demand and would rather have more people talking about how happy they are that they could purchase instead of how they missed out because it sold out too fast. 

We release exclusive items that are often only available for their ONE WEEK pre-order period. Once this time slot has ended, there's no guarantee that an item will ever return, but if demand is high enough, there is a chance that it will. 

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING OF THESE PRODUCTS IS ESTIMATED TO TAKE BETWEEN 4-12 WEEKS (depending on the product) AFTER PRE-ORDERS CLOSE. These are always estimates and can take less or more time depending on factors out of our control ESPECIALLY with the holidays coming.

You can cancel your pre-order at any time as we recognize that financial situations can be tough and not everyone has money to spend on clothes all the time. As for sizing, you can change your size freely by contacting us within the pre-order period. However, if the pre-order period is over, you'll be unable to change your size as we would've placed the order with our manufacturer.

  SHIPPING: 

Please be aware that our releases are a mix of both pre-orders and in-hand products. The description of each product will be where you can find this information for any piece in question. PRE-ORDER products take 6-8 weeks from the end of the pre-order period to ship. IN-HAND products will usually ship within 3-5 days.

We ship worldwide via USPS as we've seen the most consistency with it. Please be prepared to pay import taxes on any order regardless, though, as it isn't entirely out of question.

We are not responsible for any package after it leaves our hands.

If a package is returned to us for an insufficient address, we are not responsible for the reshipment; the customer will be reached out to and invoiced for a second shipping charge.

RETURNS:

As we are a small team, returns aren't as easy as they normally would be for bigger companies. We'd rather not do returns at all, but sometimes we do allow them depending on the problem and reasoning. 

Please contact support@ithinkihatemyself.com to inquire about a return on an order. If your return is accepted, we will issue you a return label.  We will refund the order total minus the shipping cost once the product arrives back to us.
