I feel like i've been in a creative renaissance lately, stuff has been flowing to me like the LA river after those rainy months earlier in the year. I am allowing myself to be more vulnerable and am becoming comfortable with the fact that even though my stuff is cringe it is the cringe that comes from my head and its entirely me and I feel that in doing so I find people who can relate. It's just true and honest work. Anytime I hangout with my friend Nick (young chickenpox) I just know we're going to make straight bangers he flew down for a week to spend time with his family and we tried to sneak in some sessions whenever he had some downtime. I picked him up from the airport and we went straight from the shop we both worked on our own projects for a few hours. I just started doodling and as I was drawing these gestured mannequins I was just trying to come up with a phrase that i've been work shopping in my head lately. I don't know if it has a scientific or medical term but I hate that feeling in your throat before you cry it's horrible it feels like static and sometimes its so strong it pulls your jawn down and then the all the tears come out. This is a dedication to that.
