Pre-Orders

Our business model revolves around the desire for everyone that wants to purchase our items to be able to. We make clothes based off of demand and would rather have more people talking about how happy they are that they could purchase instead of how they missed out because it sold out too fast. 

Our exclusive items are usually available for up to one-week pre-order depending on the popularity of an item. Once that window closes, there’s no guarantee the item will come back, but if there’s enough interest, it might make a return.

Production and shipping for pre-orders usually take 8-12 weeks after the pre-order period ends. These are estimates and can vary, especially around the holidays.

Shipping

We offer both pre-orders and in-stock items, and the product description will let you know which is which:

  • Pre-Orders: Usually ship 8-12 weeks after the pre-order period closes.
  • In-Hand Items: Ship within 3-5 business days.
  • Made to Order Items: Ships within 4-6 weeks.

We ship worldwide through USPS. Just keep in mind that import taxes may apply, and that’s something we can’t control. Once your package leaves our hands, we’re not responsible for it.

If your package gets returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll reach out and invoice you for the additional shipping cost to resend it.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Discounted Items are final sale. 

We’re a small team, so returns aren’t as simple as with big companies. That said, we’ll do our best to work with you if there’s a legit issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email us at support@ithinkihatemyself.com. If we approve it, we’ll send you a return label, and once we get the item back, we’ll refund you the total minus the shipping cost.
